1. You’ll hear from us!

After you make a booking, our dedicated office team goes through every detail, double-checking your address, home size, any pets, and any special requests. Sometimes, we might even offer an in-person estimate to make sure we're on the same page about the work and your preferences. Once everything is confirmed, you'll receive a notification that everything is good to go and our plans are in place.

To make sure you don't overlook our scheduled date, we'll send you both emails and texts – that's when our clients often do a little happy dance! :)


2. We meet your home

On the day of your cleaning, a dedicated team chosen specifically for your home will show up at your doorstep. They'll be wearing our classy navy shirts with the golden star logo – you can't miss them! And believe us, they're some of the friendliest folks you'll ever meet. They'll greet you with a warm smile and take a quick look around your place to make sure they can do the job and leave you absolutely delighted within the planned time. If it seems like more time might be needed, our office will get in touch with you to discuss the best plan and options. Our ultimate goal is to make sure you have a fantastic experience, and that includes tailoring our efforts to your needs.

We handpick our staff for their kindness and smarts. We really care about them, so if you could help make their time at your home comfy by adjusting the temperature, securing any pets (for their safety too!), and clearing away any biohazards (that's things like animal or human waste, insects, etc.), that would be great. Keeping things tidy also helps us get to all those deep-cleaning spots more easily!

3. We apply magic to your home!

Now, you can trust us to take care of your home. We'll put in hours of hard work, scrubbing, polishing, and making every surface shine. Our cleaning is driven by care and love – we'll treat your place as if it were our own grandma's. Once we're finished, your team will show you around to see the results. If there's anything that's not quite right, don't hesitate to point it out. Even though we may seem angelic, we're still human and might miss a spot here and there. We value your feedback, so if there's anything we could have done better, please share – we're all ears. Your kindness in helping us improve means a lot!
